Attendants were immediately drawn into the atmosphere of ancient Chinese civilization studies. Through historic stories, Mr. Li fully analyzed the essential qualities and abilities of excellent leaders in the business world. Then he emphasized the qualities required for business leaders based on current trends of the financial industry combined with China’s governance conceptions. Finally, he concluded by stating that a successful leader and manager should always maintain a “empty cup” study attitude, learn to use methods such as the “six-seconds rule” to achieve emotion control, and learn to “Preserve Gains and Maintain Stability” in their lives.
