Over 50 BNU MBA Students Conduct In-depth Learning and Communication in He Jun Consulting
 In the bustling business area of Asian Spots Village, there hides a small building. Though looking inconspicuous, it is actually the place where He Jun Consulting locates, which is the largest consulting company in Asia and the brain truster of many successful companies.On October 16, for the first phase of “Exchange Activities between MBA of Beijing Normal University (BNU) and Famous Companies”, MBA students entered into He Jun Consulting and conducted in-depth visit and communication.

Created in 2000 by Wang Mingfu, the famous strategic consultant expert and investment banker, He Jun Consulting mainly deals with consultancy and is supported by capital business and commercialeducation business, forming a business structure of “one body with two wings” and owning four major sections including He Jun Consulting, He Jun Capital, H&J Business School, and IRTOUCH.

Led by workers in He Jun, over 50 BNU MBA students experienced the modesty and elegance of He Jun people from their working environment. By hanging the directories of graduates and the pictures of excellent employees in corridors and aisles as well as by granting the outstanding ones with various honors, He Jun Consulting has showed considerable humanized respects for its workers and graduates of H&J Business School.

A visit to the workplace of He Jun gives students some ideas about its corporate culture and inside information emotionally, and the communication with Zhang Lufeng, the senior partner, actually deepens their understanding of consulting industry and enhances their confidence for future development rationally.

Zhang Lufeng, who just returned from his visit to Europe, shared his findings and feelings about Netherlands and Italy. He pointed out that the European enterprises, regardless of the century-old family enterprises, or large companies that holding up the country’s economy, or manual workshops, all have their own unique management principles and business pattern. If a small company wants to develop and grow, it must firstly develop its system and accumulate considerable experiences and theories.

Zhang Lufeng encouraged students to focus on self-cultivation, to seize the day forholistic learning and fragmented learning, to grow continuously, to find themselves, and to figure out their career planning.

After the communication, workers in Human Resource Department of He Jun Consulting prepared interactive games for BNU MBA students. Three of them have won the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes respectively, earning awards like ticket of lecture in H&J Business School. The exchange activity ended in a satisfactory way after taking a group photo.

“Attitude decides destiny, bearing decides pattern, and accumulation decides career. ‘San Du Discipline’ is extremely useful and informative!” “I’m pretty confident about the development of Chinese consulting industry and Ihave made up my mind to engage in consultancy in the future!” On the way back, BNU MBA students still felt attached to the exchange activity and discussed about it heatedly, totally forgetting about the time.

“Exchange Activities between BNU MBA and Famous Companies” are supported by BNU Business School,and MBA Education Center and organized by students of Grade 2015. By these activities, students will go to the top enterprises in the industry to visit, interview, communicate, and learn. They can personally experience the working environment in famous companies and gain some insights into their development history. Such activities can help MBA students to understand the industry conditions, inspire more business elites to understand and orient themselves, and therefore provide beneficial reference for entrepreneurship and innovation in China.
