The 2nd BNU-UG Human Resources Management Bilateral Workshop Was Successfully Held

On July 7, 2018, the 2nd BNU-UG Human Resources Management Bilateral Workshop was successfully held by BNUBS and the Institute of Human Resources and Asian Business (IHRAB) of George-August-University of Göttingen (GAUG), Germany and undertaken by the International Business School (IBS) of BNU Zhuhai Campus (BNUZ) in Zhuhai. The workshop, combining the development and latest trend of human resource management research in recent years, attracted more than 30 experts and scholars from BNU, GAGU, Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), and Hebei University of Economics and Business (HUEB).

 

 

On the morning of July 7, the opening ceremony, presided over by Associate Professor Guan Lu of IBS of BNUZ, was held in the conference hall on the second floor of the International Exchange Center of BNUZ. First of all, Professor Fabian Jintae Froese, Director of IHRAB of GAUG, Professor Li Shujie, Vice Dean of BNUZ IBS, and Professor Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of BNUBS delivered speeches. Subsequently, Kimio Kase, Professor of BNUBS and former president of International University of Japan, Professor Fabian Jintae Froese, Professor Cui Xuegang, and Associate Professor Su Song, Director of the Department of Marketing of BNUBS gave keynote speeches, which was highly praised by the experts.

 

In the first half of the afternoon meeting, presided over by associate professor Zhao Chunyan, Assistant to the Dean of IBS, Kuai Pengzhou, Associate Professor of BTBU, Zheng Feihu, Associate Professor of BNUBS, Qiu Yong, Assistant Professor of BTBU, and Zhang Kun, Associate Professor of HUEB reported their papers respectively. The second half of the meeting was presided over by Associate Professor of Kuai Pengzhou, and Wang Lixin, Associate Professor of IBS, Yao Lei and Yang Chong, doctor students of BNUBS reported their papers respectively.

 

During the all-day meeting, experts and scholars gathered around the keynotes and papers to express their opinions and talk freely. The views from different fields brought everyone a wonderful discussion, including both the summary of the current hot spots and the forward-looking predictions for future research. The second BNU-UG Human Resources Management Bilateral Workshop came to a successful conclusion.
