岗位职责：
1、根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划；通过各种渠道发展新客户包括在现有客户中做深度挖掘；通过开发新客户，稳定老客户，以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标；按时完成销售主管分派的工作；
2、为了保持产品在市场上的竞争性，随时关注客户和市场的变化，分析原因并向销售经理提出建议与意见；
3、提高客户满意度，需加强对现有客户的维护和管理，协助客服部门保证现有客户的续保；

任职资格：
1、本科，1年以上保险销售背景者佳；
2、对保险市场和展业工作有较深刻认知； 
3、有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，有极强的团队合作精神； 
4、熟练操作办公软件； 
5、优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力; 较强的观察力和应变能力。

Duty: 

1/Support for channel sales Answer basic sales enquiries from brokers and clients. Help make proposal and quotation for potential clients. Case follow-up sense. 

2/Coordinate with internal enrollment procedure Communicate the client's selected plan with other departments. Serve as the contact window for document delivery between brokers and other departments. 

3/Adapt to fit the position of channel sales Learn and familiar with the company products and service procedure. 

Learn the basic communication with brokers and clients. 

Qualification 

1/Bachelor's degree or above; have hr/sales/marketing/consulting experience e is preferred. 

2/Have interest and responsibility for sales of international medical insurance plans; 

3/Have gotten Insurance Agent Qualification Certificate (ALE) is preferred.
