蔡子君   人力资源管理系讲师

中国人民大学管理学学士和硕士，西澳大利亚大学管理学博士。研究领域包括员工主动性行为，主动性人格，和个人职业发展，并特别关注在工作场所中的个人与环境（如团队、领导等）的互动。近年来在Journal of Vocational Behavior，Journal of Career Development等期刊发表多篇论文，并担任Journal of Vocational Behavior以及Journal of Career Development的匿名审稿人。2016年获评中国管理研究国际学会年会（IACMR）最佳审稿人。2017年获评美国管理学年会（AOM）职业研究部门最佳审稿人。 

 

李亚男   经济系讲师

博士毕业于康奈尔大学应用经济系，硕士毕业于中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院，本科毕业于浙江大学农业经济系。从事应用微观经济学方面的研究。主要研究领域为发展经济学，并致力于在劳动、健康、环境、政治经济学的交叉领域开展研究。研究背景包括中国和印度。目前主要从事不平等与就业项目供给、最低工资的区域竞争性、环境污染对认知能力的影响等研究。

 

Marcus Roel   Assistant Professor of Economics

Marcus Roel is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Beijing Normal University’s Business School. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics in 2018. His research incorporates psychological insights to explain fundamental human behavior. He is currently working on social preferences such as reciprocity, and the consequences of perception biases on learning and decision making.

Interests: Behavioral Economics, Microeconomic Theory, Experimental Economics

 

朱梦冰  经济系讲师

北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院博士，斯坦福大学国际问题研究中心博士后，研究领域为劳动经济学、发展经济学和教育经济学，现阶段从事社会保障政策的收入再分配效果、家庭结构与收入差距、教育不平等等方面的研究。已在《中国社会科学》、《China Economic Review》、《经济学动态》等国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文。
