Ⅰ. Call for Papers

It is of great theoretical and practical value to discuss the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises based on the background of new globalization. Digitization is profoundly changing the organizational model and business model of enterprises, and at the same time, it has become an important influencing factor of enterprise internationalization strategy. In the digital age, enterprises need to be able to interpret the future trends of different markets around the world, identify uncertainties, explore the unlimited possibilities brought by new technologies, and cope with the new pattern of globalization. Therefore, how to use digital technology to build a new model of global development has become a sub-research topic for enterprises to cope with new international competition and obtain sustainable growth. At the same time, digitization also brings challenges to enterprises. For example, how can traditional enterprises promote the deep integration of digitization and traditional business? How to balance the open use of data with privacy protection? How do digital enterprises construct a new concurrence model with traditional enterprises? How does digital technology affect the effectiveness of different international entry models and governance models? These are the key issues that need to be discussed by academia and the business community.

Therefore, we urgently need to develop new theories to explain the practice of digital transformation of enterprises in the new globalization situation, and to guide enterprises to better benefit from digitization in the global business.
