On December 14, 2022, the First Beijing Outstanding Graduate Advisor and Team selection was announced. A total of 58 outstanding graduate advisors and 24 outstanding graduate advisor teams were selected in the city, among which Professor Zhao Chunming of our School was awarded the Beijing Outstanding Graduate Advisor.

The selection of excellent postgraduate instructors and teams in Beijing is an important measure taken by Beijing to implement the spirit of documents such as Opinions on Accelerating the Reform and Development of Postgraduate Education in the New Era issued by the Ministry of Education and other departments and Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Postgraduate Education in Beijing in the New Era issued by Beijing Municipal Education Commission and other departments. The aim is to commend the tutors and the tutor team who have excellent ethics and style, devote themselves to the cultivation of graduate students, achieve remarkable results in the cultivation of graduate students and have excellent quality.

　　The selection was organized and implemented by Beijing Municipal Commission of Education and Beijing Municipal Academic Degrees Committee. The selection in 2022 was the first of its kind, and the number of participants and the quality of recommendations were generally high. On the basis of quota selection and recommendation of colleges and universities, Beijing Municipal Education Commission and Beijing Municipal Academic Degrees Committee, after strict preliminary examination, external examination, review and publicity and other links, finally produced the list of the first Beijing Outstanding graduate advisors and teams.
