Recently, the Ministry of Education issued a Notice on the establishment of a special project on philosophy and social science research (Research on the Spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress), of which the subject guide No. 22 declared by Professor Zhao Chunming of our School "High-quality Development Is the Primary Task of Comprehensively Building a Modern Socialist Country" was approved.

The special project of Philosophy and Social Science Research of the Ministry of Education (Research on the Spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress) is to organize experts and scholars in universities to systematically study and interpret the major strategic thoughts and major theoretical viewpoints put forward by the Party's 20th National Congress in order to further study, publicize and implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress, and strive to introduce major achievements with theoretical persuasion and practical guidance significance.
