Recently, the paper "Governance Mechanism of Digital Technology Open Source Community: A Double Case Study from the perspective of Paradox", written by Professor Jiao Hao and his doctoral student Yang Jifeng, was published in the 11th issue of the domestic authoritative journal Management World in 2022. They have been actively practicing "scientific research education" to promote high-quality talent training in the motherland.

As a typical representative of the DigitalPlatformEcosystem, the open source community of digital technology is becoming a new path for enterprises to build sustainable competitive advantages through digital strategic reform actions such as the establishment of open source community of digital technology. The paradoxes and solutions in the governance process need to be further studied. Based on the analytical framework of "motivation-cooperation-performance", this study explores the governance mechanism of symbiotic and symbiotic digital technology open source communities from the perspective of paradox.

Specifically, the symbiotic digital technology open source community strengthens the technology-driven open source creed and coordinates the conflict between participants' intrinsic value recognition motivation and explicit status seeking motivation, the component layout around the core technology products to realize the integrated cooperation of developers and promote the unity of coherent participation and fragmented participation. It also emphasizes the construction of social value as the driving force, distillates business scenarios based on community user experience, and promotes the iterative development of social value and commercial value. he open source community of symbiotic digital technology builds trust with ecological construction as the core to solve the contradiction between intrinsic self-enhancement motivation and explicit performance motivation. A differentiated layout is carried out around the data-driven innovation scenario to achieve distributed collaboration among developers and achieve a balance between controlled participation and open participation. It emphasizes the value creation driven by individual value and promotes the common gain of individual value and ecological value. This study makes it clear that there is not only a dialectical relationship of "each beauty is its own " between founding enterprises and digital technology open source communities, but also a dialectical relationship of "beauty belongs to us " between different types of digital technology open source communities, such as symbiosis and symbiosis, and a two-sided dialectical relationship of "each beauty is its own, beauty and common".
