The Accounting Department Carried out "Financial Sharing Service Sand Table Simulation Training"

By reengineering financial organization and process, financial sharing helps realize the transformation of financial function from accounting type to value creation type, and promotes the improvement of financial management efficiency and enterprise development. In order to make the students of the Department of Accounting have a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of financial sharing service, Ms. Wu Qinhong, Dean of the Department of Accounting, not only explained the relevant theoretical knowledge of financial sharing service to the students in detail in the course "Accounting Information System", but also arranged a "Financial Sharing Service Sand Table Simulation Training" for them. The sand table simulation training was successfully carried out in Room 114 on the 8th floor of the teaching department on September 24th. Ms. Wu Qinhong gave the whole lecture, and Ms. Zeng Xiaoping, a doctoral student of Grade 2021, served as the teaching assistant. Undergraduates of Grade 2020 of Accounting Department participated in the training.

 

The financial sharing service sand table simulation training is divided into four parts. The first part is the practical training preparation. The 15 students were divided into three groups to clarify the role division and job responsibilities, and understand the sand table surface and toolbox. The second part is the case analysis. Ms. Wu explained the typical cases of enterprises building the financial sharing service center in detail, allowing students to have an in-depth understanding of the background of the construction of the financial sharing service center, the planning of the construction scheme, the problems encountered in the construction process, the solutions and the application benefits based on the case analysis, so as to further consolidate the theoretical knowledge learned before. The third part is the sand table drill, in which each team conducts internal discussion based on the case. Based on the aspects of strategy and policy planning, operation and technology planning, expense reimbursement business planning, receivable business planning, and business planning coping, the theoretical knowledge is applied to jointly discuss and design the planning and construction scheme of the financial sharing service center under the given case background. The fourth part is the summary and evaluation stage. Each group makes a summary and analysis according to the case analysis and the simulation experience process of financial sharing service sand table. Ms. Wu comments on the simulation and summary analysis results of each group.

The sand table simulation training fully mobilized the learning enthusiasm and initiative of the students. During the whole training process, everyone actively participated in the training and had a heated discussion on each problem to seek the best financial sharing plan. This practical training helped students better understand and apply the financial sharing service theory knowledge, cultivated the students' ability to recognize, think and solve problems in the actual operation and management environment of enterprises, and improved the students' ability to participate in the team and discuss and communicate.
