Sun Zhijun Meets Li Wenkai from International University of Japan

On the afternoon of November 27th, Professor Li Wenkai, Dean of Graduate School of International Management, International University of Japan, visited BNUBS. Professor Sun Zhijun, chairperson of Business School, met the guests, accompanied with the staff of International Exchange and Cooperation Office.

 

Sun welcomed Dean Li Wenkai and praised the upcoming MBA1+1/2+1 dual-degree program. Dean Li Wenkai expressed great expectation for the cooperation between the two sides and offered suggestions on the implementation of the MBA1+1/2+1 dual-degree program. Dean Li Wenkai said that students of the two universities should learn more about each other, and conduct more in-depth exchanges and cooperation. He also expressed his hope to send students from IUJ to BNU for short-term study and practice. Sun shows the welcome and appreciation to Dean Li Wenkai's proposal.

 

 

After the meeting, Dean Li Wenkai gave a briefing on the MBA1+1/2+1 dual-degree program between Beijing Normal University and International University of Japan to MBA students of BNUBS. Dean Li made a brief introduction to the IUJ and a detailed explanation on the training mode and details of the program. Students had a full exchange with Dean Li Wenkai about the study and life in Japan.

 

 

International University of Japan (IUJ) is the first graduate school in Japan, jointly founded in 1982 by Dartmouth University and the American-Japanese Chamber of Commerce. The IUJ focus on developing international leaders who will have influence in business, governments, global organizations and the non-profit sectors. Its Graduate School of International Management, GSIM, has obtained accreditation from AACSB successfully.
