Clark University Visited BNUBS

    On the afternoon of March 9, 2018, William F. Fisher, Vice Academic Dean of Clark University and Dean of Graduate School, and Amy Daly Gardner, Vice Dean of the university visited BNUBS. Lai Desheng, Dean of BNUNBS, received the guests. Cai Hongbo, Assistant to the Dean and Shang Yihong from International Exchange and Cooperation Office, attended the meeting.

    Dean Lai Desheng expressed his welcome to Dean William F. Fisher and introduced recent progress made by teachers and students in research and internationalization in BNUBS. Dean Fisher said that he was very pleased to visit BNU for the second time. He hoped to strengthen cooperation in teachers’ exchange and postgraduate education, and encouraged students in BNUBS to apply for the master and doctor programs of Clark University. Dean Laisheng agreed with Fisher’s proposal and hoped that the cooperation between the two parties would benefit the teachers and students of BNU Zhuhai campus.

    Founded in 1887, Clark University is a private, liberal arts-based research university located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Originally one of the only three schools in New England, Clark University, together with Harvard and Yale, became the founding members of the Association of American Universities.
