Huang Sujian, Prof. of Strategic Management Department

From 1978 to 1982, Prof. Huang Sujian received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Xiamen University. From 1982 to 1985, he studied at the Department of Economics of Xiamen University and obtained a master’s degree. From 1985 to 1988, he studied at the Department of Industrial Economics of the Graduate School of CASS, and received a doctorate degree. Since 1988, he has been working at the Institute of Industrial Economics of CASS as the deputy director and the deputy editor of the Journal of Economic Management. He is a second-level researcher, doctoral tutor, postdoctoral tutor, member of Graduate School of Social Sciences MBA Education Steering Committee, Director of Management Science and Innovation Development Research Center of CASS and Chairman of China Enterprise Management Research Association.

Over the years, Prof. Huang has presided over more than 30 national and provincial ministerial projects such as “the Major Project of the National Social Science Fund” and published more than 20 books such as “Company Theory”. He has published more than 100 papers in famous newspapers and journals including “Economic Research”, “Industrial Economics of China”, “People's Daily”. The research results have won provincial and ministerial awards for many times. Prof. Huang has set a precedent for the study of corporate theory in our country, and has maintained a leading position in the field of modern enterprise system and state-owned enterprise reform. Due to outstanding research contributions, Prof. Huang Sujian enjoyed special government allowances granted by the State Council in 1997.

Qi yudong, Prof. of Strategic Management Department

Prof. Qi yudong graduated in July 1998 from the Department of Industrial Economics of the Graduate School of CASS with a doctorate degree in Economics. From July 1992 to October 2017, he taught at the College of Business Administration of Capital University of Economics and Business. In 2006, he was appointed as a second-level professor. In 2005, he was selected as a doctoral tutor in business administration and trained more than 120 post-doctoral, doctoral and master students. He presided over 4 national-level projects of major projects and key projects of State Social Science Fund, over more than 20 projects entrusted by state ministries and commissions, local governments and large-scale enterprises, and published 9 academic works and more than 150 papers in journals such as “Economic Research”, “Management World”, “Economics” and others. He has also been interviewed by People’s Daily, China Central Television, Life Week and other media for more than 200 times. His research achievements were awarded with the second and third prize of outstanding achievements of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education and was awarded the first prize in outstanding achievements of Philosophy and Social Science in Beijing for two times, a Second Prize in Paper Award for Academic Fund Reform and Development of Jiang Yideng. He has been awarded with honorary titles of outstanding young contributor and advanced worker in Beijing. In 2008, he enjoyed special allowance of the State Council.

Main part-time jobs: member of a new round of multilateral negotiation expert advisory group of Ministry of Commerce WTO and NDRC Price Policy Expert Advisory Group; Vice Chairman of China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association Professional Qualification Steering Committee, China Enterprise Management Research Association and China Society of Industrial Economics, and vice chairman of the Competition Policy Committee, expert of China World Trade Organization Research Competition Policy and Law Committee, member of Beijing Municipal Federation of Social Sciences Federation Standing Committee, Secretary-General of China Enterprise Financial Management Association Beijing Expert Committee, Executive Vice President of Capital Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association. He is also an expert of the Industrial Economics Committee of CASS, part-time researcher or visiting professor of Peking University, Jilin University, Shandong University, Jinan University, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics more than 10 universities, former Dean of School of Business Administration and MBA Education Center of Capital University of Economics and Business, Principal Assistant, chief editor and other positions, former deputy director of Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance Party members, former directors Huaneng Power International, Huaxia Bank and more than 10 independent of listed companies. From 2005 to 2007, he was appointed by NPC Legal Affairs Commission and Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council as a member of the expert committee, and participated in the drafting and revision of the “Anti-monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China” throughout the entire process.
