At 15:00, on 9th November 2017, the appointment ceremony of Prof. Huang Sujian was held on BNUBS Jingshi Business Celebrity F
orum. Teachers participated in the ceremony are Prof. Huang Sujian, Research Fellow of the Institute of industrial economics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Dean of BNUBS Prof. Lai Desheng, Secretary of the Party Committee Mr. Sun Zhijun, Associate Dean Prof. Zhang Pingdan and Mr. Cui Xuegang, and Deputy Director of Department of Strategic Management Mr. Jiao Hao. The meeting was presided by Prof. Zhang Pingdan.
First of all, Mr. Sun Zhijun delivered an opening remark, expressed warm welcome to Prof. Huang Sujian for his visit to BNUBS, and a sincere wish for attentions and supports to our school. Prof. Qi Jindong introduced the education background, research direction, publications of Prof. Huang Sujian. Dean Mr. Lai Desheng once again extended warm welcome and congratulations to Prof. Huang, and handed over the appointment certificate to him. Then, they took a group photo with the teachers and students presented.

Prof. Huang pointed out that Management is an art. It has to be a combination of both theory and practice. He brought up the question of how to develop the discipline of Management through a review on his case study of an enterprise investigation. He then joined a heated discussion with other teachers in the topics of enterprise investigation and the development of Management.

At last, Prof. Lai Desheng concluded the meeting. He hoped that we can see more excellent students and conduct more high-level academic research with the help of Prof. Huang in order to promote the development of BNUBS.
