University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein visited BNUBS

On 29th Aug. 2017, Andreas Gissel, vice principle of University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein (UASL), and Aiming Gao, Assistant to the Principle visited BNUBS. Mr. Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of BNUBS met with the guests. Ms. Tian Hongjun and Ms. Shang Yihong from BNUBS Office of International Exchange and Cooperation joined the meeting.

 

Mr. Cui Xuegang expressed his greetings and welcomes to Andreas Gissel’s visit to BNUBS. Mr. Cui briefly introduced BNUBS, especially emphasized the recent achievements on EQUIS accreditation and internationalisation works. Mr. Gissel basically introduced UASL, followed by a pleasant review on the previous cooperation between both sides in exchange students, faculty visits and summer schools. Both sides hope to expand cooperation, for example, to include academic cooperation in energy and economic fields, MBA students’ enterprise visit, etc.

 

University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein was founded in 1965, with more than 4500 students at present. The advantageous subjects are economics and social sciences. More than 40 students have participated in the exchange student program and summer school program between both universities. Prof. Yang Chengyu from BNUBS is invited to give a lecture in every Oct. there.
