The 8th BNUBS-GATE Workshop was Successfully Held at Heidelberg University

From 4^th-5^th July 2017, the 8^th BNUBS-GATE symposium jointly organised by BNUBS, GATE, and Heidelberg University was successfully held at Heidelberg University.

At beginning of the workshop, Prof. Li Shi from BNUBS, Prof. Sonia Paty from GATE and Prof. Christiane Schwieren from HU delivered their opening remarks respectively.

The workshop consists of 8 sessions and 21 articles. On the workshop, 7 scholars from GATE, professors from HU and Tilburg University in Holland, and professors from BNUBS presented their findings in the cutting-edge research areas that cover Labour Economics, Macro-economics, Finance, Public Economic and Experimental Economics. Meanwhile, attendants have responded with excellent comments according to the papers. All participants have actively joined the workshop and promoted the communication and cooperation between each other.

The 8^th BNUBS-GATE Workshop

The Annual BNUBS-GATE Workshop was initiated in 2010 by BNUBS and GATE. Both parties take turns to hold the workshop each year, and the 8^th annual workshop was organised by HU. The workshop is vital important to promoting foreign exchange, improving reach and teaching quality, and raising the international influence of research findings.
