According to the global studies on HR challenges, the following key areas have been identified, including managing talent, improving leadership development, managing work-life balance, managing demographics, managing change and cultural transformation, managing globalization, becoming a learning organization, and transforming HR into a strategic partner. This presentation will explain these challenges in details. In additions, some important opportunities for HR professionals and advices for students taking management studies will also be discussed.
嘉宾简介：
Professor Gerry Griffin is the Pro Vice Chancellor, Division of Business. His management portfolio includes the Schools of Commerce, Management, Marketing, Law and the International Graduate School of Business. He is also responsible for the City West Campus.
Outside of the academic world, he has worked full time in industrial relations in both the public and private sectors and has had extensive consulting experience with a wide range of national and international organisations. He is a regular member of review panels for the international business school accreditation agency EQUIS.
