“Sharing A Secret”, the Edelweiss Training Sharing for P1 Class and P5 Class of 2015 BNU MBA, Comes Off Successfully
In the evening of December 12, the P1 Class and P5 Class of 2015 BNU MBA jointly held the Edelweiss Training Sharing themed “Sharing A Secret” in Classroom 108 of the No.4 Teaching Building. Lu Haiyan, the vice-monitor of P1 Class, hosted the Sharing. Wu Man from P1 Class, Wang Yizheng and BaiZhiling from P5 Class shared their knowledge and experiences with students of Grade 2015. They summarized the purposes of the training and passed on the warmth of Edelweiss envoy.

“Emotion Management”

BaiZhiling from P5 Class was the first one to share. She used “How to Conduct Emotion Management” as the title and started with emotion classification. According to her introduction, human has over 400 emotions. Then she adopted problems that we would encounter in daily life to conduct vivid emotion simulation.By doing so, she warned everyone that we should understand the actual situation, detect the negative feelings in advance, and see the world from a different angle. Next, she specially recommended the“4 questions” decision-making method that she learned from Loving What Is, spreading the warmth of Edelweiss envoy and offering practical guidance and suggestions for students’ lives in the next years.


BaiZhiling from P5 Class

“Self-regulation in Adversity”

Wang Yizheng from P2 Class was the second one to share his training experience. He mainly focused on “Self-regulation in Adversity” to elaborate the importance of conducting self-regulation in adversity. For example, when we are in adversity, we can regulate ourselves by listening to music. This can be widely applied to our lives in the future.

“Effective Communication From the Perspective of Love Psychology”

Wu Man from P1 Class was the third speaker. She firstly introduced herself as a “matchmaker” who had successfully brought 10 couples together and used “Effective Communication From the Perspective of Love Psychology” as her speech title. Then, she shared the purposes of her speech, which are “effectiveness of communication” and “communication stance”, by spectacular interactive activities and interesting pictures of Cartoon dog.

 


Wu Man from P1 Class

Before the end, students showed positive responses to the sharing of all three speakers. They asked questions by using examples extracted from their normal lives, and the speakers answered those questions accordingly, warming up the atmosphere. After the Sharing, many students expressed that they have not only felt the warmth of Edelweiss envoy, but also learned considerable practical experiences. Teacher Zhang from the MBA Center was also invited to attend the Sharing to show the support of MBA Education Center for the activity.
