To 2015 MBA students:
BNU MBA Student Union (denoted as Union in the following text) is a group consisting of BNU MBA students for self-management, service and development, led by the Party Committee of BNU Business School. The general election of the 8th Association will take place at 18:30 on October 18th (Sunday), 2015 in Room 502, Building 9. You are more than welcome to participate as candidates.
Requirements for Candidates:
1. Candidates should firmly advocate the leadership of the Communist Party of China and have love for socialism. It is necessary to have a strong sense of offering service and to be innovative as well as practical. Candidates are supposed to have positive attitudes for improving oneself and have ideological consciousness.
2. Support the policies of the Party and the university. Make sure to develop in an all-round way in terms of the morality, intelligence and physical fitness. It is preferable if candidates work hard and have good grades.
3. Candidates should have passion and responsibility about work related to students. They should work as the representatives of all the students and be capable of participating in and discussing school affairs. Feedbacks from students should be collected and reported properly and faithfully. As the chairman represents the students’ desire and the interests of them, he/she is required to exercise democratic rights appropriately.
4. Candidates are required to adhere to the disciplines and rules of the university. Any disciplinary punishment is not acceptable. Candidates should take an active part in university activities and develop a strong sense of collectivism as well as social responsibility.
5. Candidates should behave with integrity and be ready to help those in need. Furthermore, candidates should be able to unite students and obtain support of the masses.
6. Candidates should have strong working capacity and pay close attention to the development of the Union.
7. Before the next general election, candidates should be registered MBA students.

Also, candidates need to prepare a campaign speech of 5-10 minutes for the presentation. PPT is optional.
The organizational Structure of the BNU MBA Student Union (Preliminary Version)
The Union includes eight departments: the Secretariat, the Supervisory Board, Student Activity Department, Media Communication Department, Career Development Department, Sports Department, Public Relations Department and the Department of Academic Exchange. The Board consists of one Chairman, 3-6 Vice-chairman, one Chief Supervisor and one Secretary-General.
