Mr. Xu used to serve as: the managing director of NASDAQ Asia and chief delegate of China for 13 years; the independent director of China Automotive Systems (NASDAQ-listed company); the chief advisor of many fund corporations like China Technology Development Corporation (NASDAQ-listed company) and China General Technology Group; the general financial advisor of many corporations; the assistant vice president and representative of CITIC KaWah Bank (London); the vice-general manager of BOC Harbin International Trust Investment Consulting Corporation, and the assistant researcher of Institute of Far Eastern Studies at Helongjiang Academy of Social Sciences.
While working as the managing director of NASDAQ Asia and chief delegate of China, he was responsible for the business development of Asian market. He expanded the markets in countries and regions including China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. He also assisted and joined the listing in NASDAQ and related work, making a significant contribution to the development of both Asian and domestic enterprises into overseas capital markets.
Mr. Xu has engaged in financial research and practice for over 30 years. He is conversant with capital market operation and has extensive background and rich experience in fields like syndicated loan, trade financing, international consulting, private placement, overseas offering, merger and acquisition, enterprise restructuring, financial analysis and management, corporate governance, and internal control. He has been living abroad for almost 30 years.
