Dear students:
Please come to the Center at 9:00-17:00 on November 14 (Saturday) to submit the final paper for detection and official review. (Please call 58804574 in advance if you have to submit at other times).
Materials to be submitted:
(1) 1 degree examination and approval material envelop (technical records)
(2) 1 degree examination and approval material envelop (personnel files)
(3) 1 degree examination and approval material envelop (files of training unit)
(4) 1 thesis defense application form with suggestions and signature of the advisor
(5) 1 thesis approval form, (submit after the completion of detection)
(6) 2 thesis appraisement
(7) 1 defense performance form
(8) 1 feedback form of degree panel
(9) 2 printed papers (for internal and external appraisal), student should use the envelope provided by the Center for binding. Leave the Advisor Name of the cover page in blank and withhold the name of the advisor in Acknowledgements. The advisor shall not sign a signature in the first page of the paper (originality announcement)
(10) Submit the electronic version for detection and electronic review (See detection instruction and electronic submission methods in other notice).
