At 6 pm May 15, 2015, Lecture 3 of Chinese Management Consultancy Practice Lecture Series started in Room 1722 of the second main building. The honored guest invited to this lecture is Sun Tong, the general manager of Allcen Consulting. It was a busy Friday night, Mr. Sun and his assistant advanced to the classroom without having dinner. Students communicated with him face to face with great expectations and longings for management consultancy industry.
Mr. Sun has practical and profound knowledge of enterprise development strategy, organization structure, human resources management, financial management and business process reengineering in domestic industries including IT, telecommunication, estate, energy, environmental protection, metallurgic industry, and pharmaceuticals, presiding over and participating in more than 100 management consultancy projects.
By explaining and summarizing the cases he handled, Mr. Sun extracted his own experiences from a great deal of practice and formed his own theory. His profound explanation offered students many inspirations. They all decided to study harder in the future, combine practice with theory, and further understand the truth of management consultancy.
