The simulated business negotiation competition had two parts -- domestic group and international group -- with 36 students in total being divided into 4 teams. Before the Competition, Cui Xuegang, the deputy dean of BNU Business School, delivered a speech. He said in his speech that we should fully integrate the high-quality education resources of the university and our school into the MBA Education Center, and we wish all of our students would adhere to the glorious tradition of BNU Business School and grow into highly specialized talents of business administration with humanistic spirit, creativity, global vision, and strategic insight. The Competition is a tryout of simulated training. Being held by the MIB for three times, it is also a branding project of BNU Business School. The introduction of MBA project for the first time is of great significance for promoting the professional sense, cultural content, international view, and specialty thinking of students.
The first game started in the domestic group. Negotiators from both sides conducted skillful negotiation over issues like investment risk, market operation, and personnel arrangement. The most amazing thing was that both chief negotiators creatively adopted the case once presented in class to break the stalemate on negotiation and finally reached an agreement.
