由加拿大渥太华国际发展研究中心（IDRC）与安大略沃特卢管理创新国际研究中心（CIGI）资助的中国青年学者贫困研究网络第三次年会将于2月21日（周六）举行。我们邀请全部网络成员和感兴趣的老师及同学们参加本次研讨会。
