• 工作职责：

1. 根据顾问对所在行业，公司以及职位的分析，参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案
2. 协助顾问进行相关候选人资料的收集、分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选
3. 通过各种渠道快速寻访候选人，协助顾问进行初步面试和评估
4. 协助顾问提供候选人评价和推荐报告

 

• 工作信息：

    薪酬福利：基础工资100-120元/天（税前），有额外绩效奖金

    是否转正：可提前签约转正，转正后有亚太地区轮岗机会

 

每周工作：至少3天

Associate Consultant
This position provides you with on-the-job training with opportunity to participate in critical
projects in various industries. You will :

• Be exposed to broad industries with global multi-national corporations

• Develop into an industry specialist in key growth segments:

Healthcare, Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing, Financial services, IT & Telecom, Banking &
Investment

• Regional transfers to:
Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok , South Korea
and Singapore
Job Description:
1. Well understand clients’ job description and requirement

2. Research and source for best-fit candidates  through :
(a) cold calls
(b) directory/trade publication
(c) other networks
(d) current database
(e) telephone screening

3. Assess candidates’ eligibly and suitability on behalf of clients

4. Arrange face to face interview between clients and candidates

5. Provide professional consultation on employment markets.

6. Manage expectation of clients and candidates to close assignment successfully and
expeditiously.

7. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
