Cai Hongbo Meets with Dean Denis Darpy from Univerisité Paris-Dauphine

On November 12nd, professor Denis Darpy, dean of the graduate school of organizational science of Université Paris-DAUPHINE visited BNUBS. Cai Hongbo, vice president of BNUBS met with the guests. Zhang Yujing, director of the international program of the department of educational affairs, Yu Xiaoyu, coordinator of the European program of the international department, Xie Jia, director of the international exchange and cooperation office of BNUBS, and Shang Yihong, project director participated in the meeting.

 

Cai Hongbo extended warm welcome to Darpy and looked forward to further cooperation based on the university-level framework agreement. Darpy then gave a brief introduction to Université Paris-DAUPHINE and initiated an initiative for cooperation of degree between the two sides. Darpy proposed a European-African-Asian co-education model that would give students from Europe, Africa and Asia the opportunity to study in different areas such as Paris, Morocco, Tunisia and Beijing. This type of learning can be achieved through exchange students or joint degree training.

 

Cai Hongbo expressed his appreciation for Darpy's proposal. Zhang Yujing and Yu Xiaoyu respectively put forward their opinions and suggestions on the proposal. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the cooperation model of the project.
