Three Achievements of BNUBS Won the “An Zijie International Trade Research Award”

The “An Zijie International Trade Research Award” (An Zijie Award) was established in 1991 by the late deputy CPPCC Vice Chairman, distinguished scholar and famous industrialist Mr. An Zijie. The award, which is selected every two years, and regarded as the highest academic award in China’s international economic and trade field, has a reputation in the field of international trade research.

 

Recently, the results of the 20th “An Zijie Award” were announced: The Study of Frontier Issues in International Service Trade by Professor Cai Hongbo and other professors of BNUBS, and Theory and Empirical Study of Chinese Cultural Products Trade by Professor Qu Ruxiao won the third prize of the Excellent Works Award; Paper “Source Structure of Intermediate Imports and Productivity of Chinese Enterprises” published in World Economy by Professor Wei Hao won the third prize of the Outstanding Paper Award. The list of winners is attached.

 

This year, a total of 13 outstanding works were awarded, including: 13 excellent works (0 first prize, 3 second prizes and 10 third prizes); 23 outstanding papers (1 first prize, 6 second prizes);  and 9 academic encouragement awards.
