President Edward Chow of National Chengchi University Visited BNUBS

On the morning of May 7, Edward Chow, President of National Chengchi University (NCCU), Chang, Chang chih, Deputy President, Chan Meifan, Director of International Cooperation and Shang, Shari S. C., Deputy President of Business School visited BNUBS. Zhou Zuoyu, Deputy President of BNU, received the guests in the conference room 1722 of the main building. Liu Tao, Deputy Director of the International Department, Sun Zhijun, Party Secretary of BNUBS, Hu Haifeng, Director of the Department of Finance, Cai Hongbo, Dean Assistant of BNUBS and Zhao Yang from International Exchange and Cooperation Office attended the meeting.

Secretary Sun Zhijun welcomed the delegation of President Edward Chow and introduced the BNUBS’s planning in the “Double First-rate” construction, the Maxdo project, and the international exchanges and cooperation of teachers, students, and international research platforms of BNUBS.

Deputy President Zhou Zuoyu affirmed the good momentum of internationalization of BNUBS and hoped that BNUBS could become one of the windows for students of NCCU to understand the mainland, further enhance mutual exchanges, promote concrete projects and carry out more collaborative research.

Praising the development of teaching and research in BNUBS, President Edward Chow pointed out that as the best Business School in Taiwan, NCCU was very much looking forward to initiating various exchanges and cooperation with BNUBS. Shang, Shari S. C., deputy Dean of the NCCU’s Business School, introduced the basic situation of the students, faculty, subjects, academic process, and internationalization of the Business School and hoped the two sides could make solid progress in academic discussions, student exchange, and project cooperation.
