Accounting Class Undergraduate Students Visit the United States

From January 16 to January 25, 2017, 19 Grade 2014 undergraduate students majoring in accounting from BNU Business School went to the cities of New York, Boston and New Haven for exchange and communication. The purpose of this event which is an important part for students majoring in accounting is to provide students with opportunities to broaden their horizon and experience foreign teaching methods. It is also a beneficial exploration for Sun Education Fund, BNUBS and students to raise funds together.



This visit is rich and colorful. Students conduct a one-week study on financial accounting topics and international business leaders at New York University, and obtain a certificate of completion. Through the study, they experience the unique teaching methods of the United States, feel the classroom model and campus culture of New York University, learn the financial market and financial management knowledge in the United States and enhance the abilities to write reports and carry out business negotiations in English.

 

Besides learning, the students also visit Harvard University, Yale University and many other top universities in the world, and have rich exchange activities with the students in these universities, in which, they further think deeply into future academic development and personal planning. At the same time, they also visit the United Nations and Wall Street, United States Metropolitan Museum of Art, Times Square and other landmarks in the United States, feeling the American culture.
